Recruitment Manager for Sales Force

Responsibilities: 

• -Coordinate recruitment and sales motivational programs to support company's Distribution Channels in onder to achieve sales target
• -Manage recruitment process to ensure manpower target for sales achieve and recruitment process going smoothly
• -Managing motivational programs and events for company Sales Force in order to achieve sales target and quality Benchmark

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Psychology or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent. Job role in Others or equivalent.
• 1 Full-Time positions available.
