Personal Financial Advisor (Code: PFA)
Jakarta Raya, Bandung (Jawa Barat), Medan (Sumatera Utara)

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain close working relationships with Bancassurance Sales Manager as their supervisor and coordinate with head office operations team, as well as, maintain a close working relationship with the counterparties at the designated bank(s), with RM and Branch Managers both through formal and informal meetings, be it in groups or on individual basis; to monitor sales activities under own responsibility, understand all contests operating in the designated bank, and maximizing incentive programs and sales
  • Assist sales persons in selling an insurance product and complete the administration process. Coach and develop branch sales force on product knowledge and generating more leads. Helping the branch in achieving their revenue target through insurance. Conducting sales coaching, training and after sales service for the bank sales force, complete any pending issues and ensure the sales force get their commission and achieve their individual target. Involve in any events performed by the branch in order to create a bound with the entire branch member. PFA should blend their self with the branch activities and culture

Requirements:
  • Bachelor and Diploma Degree or equivalent from any major
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Minimum 1 years as Life Insurance Sales Officer
  • Tactful, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable dealing with people in a professional environment
  • Self reliant and have strong influencing skills
  • Preferred has excellent Hokkian for Medan area
