Responsibilities:
  1. To conduct claim survey (all LOB) and arrange claim survey reports in accordance with the policies and procedures set out by the company;
  2. To ensure claim handling process timely and professionally to in line with the standard procedure;
  3. To ensure and secure appropriate authentication and documentation of claims;
  4. To provide and monitor claims statistics and proactively provide feedback and advices on risks improvement;
  5. To liaise with other insurance, brokers, loss adjusters, workshops, and other relevant companies to ensure proper claim handling and settlement.

Requirements:
  • Male, maximum age 35 years old;
  • Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or major in Insurance Academy;
  • Minimum experience 2 years in handling claim MV and Non-MV;
  • Understanding the process and procedure claim in General Insurance Company;
  • Possess good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills;
  • Computer Literate (Word & Excel) is a must;
  • Proficient in English both oral & written;
