Responsibilities:
REQUIREMENT
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university, minimum GPA of 3 in a scale of 4
- Experience in developing learning module/ curriculum
- Knowledge of full cycle of HR Development (TNA, Training matrix, training evaluation, ROI, etc.)
- Good facilitating and teaching skill
- Having relevant and very good knowledge, skill and experiences
- Strong managerial and leadership, facilitation skill, people, skill, analytical and strategic thinking
- At least 2 to 3 years experience in the same position
- Having both process and result orientation, driving individual and team high performance
- Having experience working in Multi National Company
- High achievement orientation, responsible and able to work under minimum supervision
