Responsibilities:
| 1. Handles direct client and attend company's hot line telephone |
| 2. Ensure that distribution of quotation is done effectively and efficiently |
| 3. Maintain record of: application received, quotation issued, policy issued, etc |
| 4. Prepare quotation and perform the follow up |
| 5. Ensure that distribution of policy is done effectively and effciently |
| 6. Prepare daily and monthly production report |
| 7. Prepare renewal list and distribute to respective marketing executive, agent and client |
| 8. Coordinator of schedule Surveyor |
| 9. Assist reported Daily Performance Policy |
| 10. Assist refund Premium & Agent Commisions |
| 11. Sending SOA Report for Jakarta & Branches (every 1st of month) |
| 12. Collecting by Phone, email Client |
| 13. Prepare for Client profile to care system |
| 14. Inputting Client profile to care system |
| 15. Coordinate Quotation |
| 16. Maintain Renewal Policy for Client or Insured by Phone and settle the renewal |
| 17. Maintain result of Client Project such as Gathering, Contest and Gift |
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- Required skill(s): it / computer literacy, administration skill, Report Skill.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
