Responsibilities:
- Support and assist Sales Head or Training Manager to assess training needs, develop training modules, deliver training toward agency, evaluate training effectiveness, coordinate training activities and other projects or events as assigned, and other tasks or projects to be determined.
Requirements:
- Minimum S1 graduate from reputable universities
- Minimum 2 years working experience, preferably as Sales Trainer in Life Insurance or financial institution
- Very good communication and presentation skills, and willing to travel frequently
- Able to operate computer (MS Office)
- Good command in English
- High passion and energy to deliver training and support sales team to achieve target
- Having broaden view and high awareness in market trend
